At Baby Leo, we take pride in offering premium, high-quality organic baby clothing. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
14-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. After 14 days, all sales are final — no exceptions.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Must be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition
Must have all original tags attached
Must include all pieces of the original set (if applicable)
Items showing any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, or missing tags will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Process
To start a refund or exchange request, please contact us at contact@baby.aaziyad.com within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be sent, as applicable.
Items that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will not be tolerated.
Filing a false or unjustified dispute is considered fraudulent activity and will be reported to your payment provider and relevant authorities. We maintain full transaction, shipping, and communication records to protect against chargeback abuse.
Customers who file unwarranted disputes will be permanently banned from future purchases with Baby Leo.
Final Sale & Discounted Items
All sale, clearance, or discounted items are FINAL SALE — no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
After 14 days from delivery, all sales are final regardless of reason.
